Children under the age of 18 will not be allowed to borrow videos or DVDs unless a permission slip signed by a parent or legal guardian is on file with the library. Children are able to get a card upon reaching kindergarten age. Lost cards are replaced for $3.00. The card is honored in all libraries in the Bergen County Cooperative Library System (BCCLS)

Non-Bergen County residents who work or study in Paramus can take advantage of all the resources and services within the library by requesting a borrower's card for use in the Paramus Public Library only. Proof of employment or school enrollment is necessary.

You are responsible for all materials checked out on your card. If your card is lost or stolen, notify the library immediately.
